Newbury is a comfortable twenty five minutes west on the A4. Late afternoon and early evening appointments on Thursdays suit families fitting a visit around the school run and work.

We offer a holistic, natural and hands-on approach to family health and wellbeing, with the nervous system at the centre of our focus. Care is gentle and specific, and everyone has a place here, from expecting mums and new parents to babies, children, teenagers and grandparents.
Ruth is a registered chiropractor with a particular interest in cranial work and neuro-cranial anatomy, and the space has been designed with children equally in mind.

Booking is online, and you are welcome to arrive early or stay after your appointment for a tea while the children play.
