We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your visit, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting for an opportunity.

Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without letting us know, may be charged at the full visit fee. However, we appreciate that emergencies and situations can unexpectedly arise, and we approach these circumstances with understanding and compassion.
