We discuss your key health concerns or challenges along with any health goals you may have, big or small. It gives us a thorough insight into the wider picture of your current health.
functional assessment
A thorough functional assessment to establish a present-moment baseline: functional neurology testing, balance and co-ordination, muscle testing, postural checks, and cranial and jaw assessments.
personalised plan
Following the assessment, we discuss the most efficient path to where you'd like to be, and a personalised programme of care to support your healing journey and health goals.
family chiropractic
Lumina is a cosy, safe space, where you walk in and exhale that little bit deeper. Children are welcome, and the space has been designed with them equally in mind, so you never have to choose between bringing the family and getting the care you need.
You're welcome to arrive early, or stay after your appointment and have a tea while the children play. We have healthy snacks at hand too.
